How do I change a role?
When a user needs to be assigned a different role within the system, the following steps may be taken (if the permissions allow it- administrator only):
- Click on ‘Administration’ and ‘Members’ in the left-hand menu.
- Use the search bar to find the aforementioned user.
- By clicking on their role, a pop-up will appear where another role can be selected and saved by clicking on the tick.
Can I log data while offline?
No, data cannot be logged while offline, unless using the mobile application.
How do I archive an athlete?
To archive an athlete, click "Administration", "Members" and search for the athlete you wish to archive. Click the "Archive User" icon.
How do I find the mobile application?
The Baseline Mobile App is available from the Apple iTunes and Google Play stores.
How to Download:
iOS: App Store > Search: ‘Baseline' > Download App ‘Baseline’ by SMG Technologies.
Android: Play Store > Search: ‘Baseline' > Install App ‘Baseline’
After installing Baseline on your mobile device, log in with your username and password.
How can I set up a new test?
