Changing a Member’s Role

In the case where a member needs to be assigned a different role within the system, the following steps may be followed. Note that only a user with adequate permissions (e.g. administrator) is able to change a player's role. 

To Change Roles:

  1. Select 'Administration' and 'Members' in the left-hand menu.
  2. Use the filter to search for the required player, or search through the list of members. 
  3. Click on the member's role. A pop-up will appear.
  4. Select a role from the drop-down menu and save by clicking the grey 'Tick' icon.
